神經外科見習心得

晨會空蕩蕩，補眠好所在

神外的晨會是在部辦公室裡的大會議室舉行，內容主要有報新病人、R 簡報、intern 簡報，有時候是在對面的圖書室裡，由 R 幫大家上課，不知道為什麼這兩個禮拜總是太晚睡，睡眠不足的情形下，坐在偌大的會議室中，很容易就補眠去了。不過每次補完眠，回到圖書室吃免費早餐時，（科裡自己買的，非 propa 早餐），總覺得良心不安。>_< 不過一直覺得奇怪，也沒什麼機會問，為什麼目前只聽說神外科裡有自己買早餐，還包含 clerk 的份，哪來這麼有錢？

查房不定時，找不到學長難適從
我跟的是敏雄主任 team，他下面的 R 是第一年的住院醫師，楷元學長，學長人很好，也非常受科內同事，護士姊姊，刀房姊姊們的愛戴，（人帥又和善就是有這優勢），只不過學長有時候很忙，而且他跟兩個 team, 所以刀日基本上也是 double 了，如果沒有要下去刀房準備，通常晨會完就會查房，從 NCU-A 查起，但如果學長得先下去，我就不知道該怎麼辦了，敏雄主任不太理我，一直到第二個禮拜才知道原來他的 team 裡有一個 clerk, team 裡另外一個 VS 秉權學長也不理我，所以說，如果 R 學長不在，我就不知道該找誰了，因次好幾天的查房都沒查到。不過其實沒有查到倒也沒什麼大礙，病人的情形通常都很 ok, 查房也只是看看他們而已。 Continue reading “神經外科見習心得” …

I had been watched The Hospital recently. Guan-shin is a anesthiologist in the film. Every time I saw her, it always reminded me of Kilo. In some degree, they look asame. But the most important are the expression and the interaction between she and Dr. Shu.

Does this remind her of me too?

演講週

這個禮拜真可以說是演講週，不過不是我去演講，（廢話），而是去聽演講，但其實都不怎麼滿意。

禮拜二晚上去參加了很久沒去的 TOSSUG 會議，主講者是 Jedi, 主題是 Web-based presentation tools. 最近剛好對於簡報有一點興趣，所以就跟 saka, AD一塊過去。

一開始主講者先強調了一遍他認為一個好的簡報，焦點應該集中在演講者的身上，而不是充滿文字的投影片上，這並不是什麼新論點，舉的例子也是大家最愛舉的 Bill Gates vs Steve Jobs，不怎麼吸引人，不過我是同意他的說法的。後來大約三分之二左右的時間，他介紹了三套工具。 Continue reading “演講週” …

Combining My Two Blogs

Because of the upcoming transference of Fancy, I think I need to combine the blog on Fancy into here. I don't have very much time to maintain two sites. Therefore, there will be not only articles in English, but also some in Chinese.
